Process Mining Analyst in at WonderBotz

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Mining Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex business processes using Celonis, the leading process intelligence platform, to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain process mining analyses using Celonis, including data extraction, transformation, and visualization
• Analyze event logs and transactional data to identify process deviations, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Create comprehensive process models and dashboards that provide visibility into end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports communicating findings and business impact to stakeholders
• Support process improvement initiatives with process mining insights and performance metrics
• Maintain data governance standards and ensure accuracy and security of sensitive process data
• Stay current with Celonis platform updates, features, and best practices
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of process mining expertise
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued)
• Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
