KKIL is a 40+ year old company headquartered in Menominee, Michigan with over four million square feet of warehousing and related trucking operations in Upper Michigan, Wisconsin, and Troy, Indiana. Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Creating shipping documents
• Inventory control
• Interfacing with customers

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Experience with inventory systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with people inside and outside the organization

This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required, based on customer need.
