Position Overview
Professional Assist Corporation (PAC) is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven School Liaison to support membership growth initiatives for Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP).
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding school partnerships, and increasing student and school membership engagement within assigned markets. The School Liaison serves as a consultative sales partner to massage therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, and nail schools by identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and presenting PAC resources and membership solutions that support student success. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Success in this role will be measured through achievement of membership sales goals, school engagement metrics, student membership growth, conversion performance, and relationship development within the education community.
This position is full-time, paid hourly, and non-exempt from overtime. This position reports to the Director of Membership Outreach and has no direct reports.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
- Own and grow your school territory. Drive membership sales growth for ABMP and ASCP student and school memberships
- Promote PAC products, educational resources, and Exam Coach programs to schools, instructors, and students
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, outreach benchmarks, and conversion metrics
School Outreach & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for assigned educational partners
- Strengthen PAC brand presence and engagement within the beauty/wellness education marketplace
Travel & Event Participation
- Travel for school outreach visits, educational presentations, and industry events
- Complete a minimum of six school outreach trips annually, visiting at least five schools per trip
- Represent PAC professionally at conferences, networking events, career fairs, and school functions
- Deliver both virtual and in-person sales presentations
Strategic Collaboration & Operational Support
- Partner with the Director of Membership Outreach to execute sales and outreach strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with membership services and internal PAC teams to ensure exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM and membership database systems
- Own your outreach campaigns, reporting, presentations, and departmental initiatives
Other Responsibilities
- Make an estimated 30 expired member outreach calls per week to help members renew their membership

Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, outreach, business development, admissions, recruiting, membership sales, or related fields
- Proven ability to meet goals and build strong professional relationships
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Self-directed, organized, and able to problem-solve and adapt easily
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within massage therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, wellness, beauty, or education
- Consultative or relationship-based sales experience
Compensation
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a per hour compensation range of $30.75 to $34.60 or the equivalent of approximately $64,000 to $72,000 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for quarterly commissions based on achieving sales goals and an annual discretionary bonus.
The pay for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with internal and external pay equity.
