Chappell Tractor is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Parts Department at our Milford, NH location.
As our Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping parts moving efficiently throughout our dealership. This is a hands-on position that requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
- Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations
- Pick, package, and ship customer and dealership orders
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist the parts counter staff with locating and delivering parts as needed
- Help with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations

Requirements: Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
