Position Title: Strategic Accounts Manager

The Strategic Accounts Manager serves as the primary sales resource for the AT&T SPEED program, AT&T's Ecosystem Distribution and non-stock fulfillment program, providing pre-sales and post-sales support to AT&T sellers and partners. This role manages quoting, product selection, lead time communication, OEM coordination, and customer support from opportunity through fulfillment. Success requires strong relationship management, wireless/IoT knowledge, organization, and collaboration to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer experience.

This position can be remote anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, accurate quotations meeting established service level agreements.
  • Increase quote-to-order conversion through initiative-taking engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic OEM and AT&T partner alignment.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for AT&T SPEED customers (AT&T sellers and partners).
  • Manage complete pre-sales and post-sales customer experience.
  • Prepare accurate and timely product quotations.
  • Recommend products and solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate product availability, inventory status, and estimated lead times.
  • Coordinate with OEM partners to provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and opportunity assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, compatibility, ordering, and order status.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, procurement, and fulfillment teams.
  • Monitor open quotes and maximize quote-to-order conversion.
  • Support new product introductions, promotions, and end-of-life transitions.
  • Maintain relationships with OEM manufacturers, AT&T sellers and partners.
  • Resolve customer issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide product knowledge on wireless, mobility, and IoT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AT&T SPEED processes and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives and account growth.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 35+ years in wireless, IoT, mobility, distribution, or technology sales.
  • Experience with B2B sales and channel partners.
  • Knowledge of wireless devices, networking, and IoT technologies.
  • Experience with OEMs and distributors.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • AT&T business sales or carrier ecosystem knowledge preferred.
  • FirstNet, mobility, or enterprise networking experience is a plus.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus opportunity
