This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management, data strategy, and large-scale technology delivery, driving alignment across complex, interdependent initiatives within a data and analytics environment. You will lead planning, governance, and execution oversight for multiple workstreams focused on intelligence and data capabilities, ensuring that priorities, capacity, and delivery plans are fully aligned. Acting as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will help translate organizational objectives into structured portfolio execution. The position requires strong leadership in managing risk, dependencies, and change across enterprise-scale programs. You will also shape best practices in portfolio management while mentoring teams and enabling continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly influences delivery success, innovation, and business value realization.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end portfolio planning, governance, and execution across multiple data and analytics programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivery priorities.
  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to manage intake, demand planning, prioritization, sequencing, and capacity alignment across multiple domains.
  • Oversee portfolio reporting, performance tracking, and executive communication to ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Drive risk, issue, and dependency management across complex initiatives, developing mitigation and recovery plans when delivery is at risk.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure effective collaboration, shared understanding, and alignment across business, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Manage program governance, budgeting, resource planning, and benefit realization to ensure successful delivery of intended business outcomes.
  • Guide transformational change initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and innovation practices across portfolio areas, including data and analytics domains.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced experience in Business, Technology, Data, or related field preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong expertise in portfolio governance, program planning, and delivery management across multiple interdependent initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics domains, including data engineering, reporting systems, identity management, and advanced analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across executive, technical, and business teams in large organizations.
  • Experience in risk management, financial oversight, and benefit realization across multi-program portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence organizational practices.
  • Ability to drive change management initiatives using structured methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and emerging technologies such as AI/LLMs is highly valued.
