Puklich Chevrolet GMC is looking for a driven, organized and forward-thinking General Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales department in Valley City, North Dakota.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily sales department operations
• Recruit, train and develop sales staff
• Oversee desking and deal structure
• Help drive finance and profitability performance
• Maintain CRM accountability and sales processes
• Work closely with leadership to improve department growth and efficiency
• Create a strong customer-focused sales environment
• Monitor inventory performance and sales objectives

• Automotive sales and/or finance experience is preferred, but not required

Requirements:- LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to effectively present information to top management and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volume probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
- REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
