- Manage and develop accounting teams across onshore and offshore locations, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to managers and analysts.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and identifying and remediating control gaps.
- Partner with business unit finance leaders, CFOs, and executives to provide financial insights, reporting, and support for decision-making.
- Drive continuous process improvement across accounting operations, leveraging automation tools such as BlackLine to enhance efficiency and close processes.
- Support audits, acquisition integrations, and special projects while ensuring alignment across finance, accounting, IT, and operations functions.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive financial management or controllership experience.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in shared services environments managing distributed (onshore/offshore) accounting teams.
- Experience supporting executive-level finance stakeholders, ideally at CFO or VP level.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidation processes, and internal controls.
- Solid understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.
- Experience with large, multinational organizations and complex financial structures.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, HFM, and BlackLine is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead transformation initiatives, and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 USD.
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Retirement savings plan and financial wellbeing programs.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Career development opportunities within a global, fast-moving entertainment organization.
- Exposure to high-impact finance transformation and acquisition integration initiatives.
- Inclusive, collaborative culture that values creativity, diversity, and innovation.
- Flexible remote work environment supporting work-life balance.
