At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $34.81 - $52.21, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
Organizes and directs all aspects of the Volunteer Services. The Program Manager will be accountable for Quality Management, Volunteer Service Coordination and Planning, Volunteer Management and day-to-day operations management. Recruit, orient and train volunteers for the volunteer service program and community programs.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of progressively responsible experience in Personnel/Organizational Management.
Verbal/written communication skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Successful completion of the CAVS (Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services).
