This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced alliances professional passionate about building and scaling global partner ecosystems within a high-growth SaaS environment. The role focuses on driving long-term growth through Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships, shaping go-to-market strategies, and expanding enterprise adoption across international markets. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, regional partner teams, and cross-functional leaders to establish scalable alliance frameworks and high-impact joint business initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the global alliance strategy for key Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships, including partner prioritization, segmentation, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior leaders and practice executives across major GSIs and enterprise consulting organizations.
  • Develop and manage joint business plans, including revenue objectives, market expansion strategies, industry solutions, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline generation, partner-led sales opportunities, and strategic deal acceleration through close collaboration with regional sales and partner management teams.
  • Establish governance frameworks including executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and performance management processes to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Expand partner-enabled revenue streams by creating scalable delivery models, industry-focused offerings, and repeatable service solutions with alliance partners.
  • Lead global enablement initiatives to ensure partner teams are effectively trained, certified, and equipped to position and deliver solutions successfully.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to integrate alliances into the broader global go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the alliances function at the executive level, contributing to strategic planning, market expansion discussions, and leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem developments to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen alliance performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or strategic partnerships with a strong focus on GSIs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth and business impact.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models, including enterprise transformation programs, consulting engagement structures, and partner-led delivery models.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence internal leadership teams and external C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and operating successfully within collaborative, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align customer transformation goals with partner capabilities and technology solutions.
  • Experience working within enterprise planning, FP&A, ERP, data platforms, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working within a major GSI or consulting organization in a leadership capacity is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic and fast-paced environments with global complexity and evolving priorities.
