REGISTERED NURSE -- PRN in PUEBLO, Colorado at Sangre de Cristo Community Care - Hospice

Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for a Per Request Needed Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Joni Fair Hospice House in Pueblo, CO. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion.

The RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family members of patients in our 10 bed inpatient unit. Responsible for initiating the appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission and provides a continuously appropriate, comprehensive and responsive plan of care for patients.

This position is per request needed. Applicant must be available to work 2 shifts a month and one holiday a year.

Sangre de Cristo Community Care offers a competitive wage based on experience. Starting minimum wage for PRN staff: $35/HR

Must have a valid non restricted nursing license in the state of Colorado

At least one year of nursing experience, hospice or home health experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule
