This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth for a purpose-led consulting organization specializing in diversity, inclusion, and organizational transformation. You will be responsible for expanding market presence across India and Singapore by engaging senior enterprise stakeholders and positioning strategic consulting solutions. The role combines consultative selling with relationship building, requiring a strong ability to translate complex advisory services into clear business value. You will work closely with consulting teams to shape proposals, close deals, and grow long-term client partnerships. The position also involves contributing to go-to-market strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives. - Drive new business development across India and Singapore, focusing on consulting and transformation services
- Own and deliver revenue targets through strategic acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts
- Engage senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, HR leaders, ESG teams, and transformation leaders
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closure, with support from consulting teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across diversity, inclusion, leadership, and culture transformation offerings
- Develop go-to-market strategies to support regional expansion and market penetration
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry networks, ESG bodies, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform service development and positioning
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles
- Strong background in consulting, professional services, HR solutions, L&D, ESG, or related sectors
- Proven track record of selling to senior decision-makers including HR, ESG, and C-level stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
- Ability to develop professional sales presentations and write client success stories
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Experience in India market strongly preferred; Singapore or broader SEA exposure is a plus
- Existing network within HR or corporate decision-maker communities is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred
