MFG-Team Lead in Aguadilla at SOLX HOLDINGS LLC

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating team activities on the production floor and ensuring that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

The Team Lead will serve as a point of contact for production employees, assisting with workflow coordination, problem-solving, and communication between team members and leadership, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide manufacturing personnel during assigned shifts.
• Assist in ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Monitor daily workflow and help maintain proper staffing and equipment utilization.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Escalate production issues to supervisors and assist in resolving them.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and other departments regarding production status.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of manufacturing experience; prior lead or team support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, production systems).
