Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design

This role sits at the intersection of organizational strategy, workforce transformation, and emerging AI adoption, shaping how work is designed in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven environment. You will lead initiatives that rethink job architecture, operating models, and team structures as AI tools are integrated across the enterprise. Working closely with HR, business leaders, and technology teams, you will translate complex technological change into practical, human-centered organizational solutions. The position plays a critical role in preparing the workforce for future skills, new ways of working, and scalable growth. You will also guide change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role influencing enterprise-wide transformation and long-term talent strategy.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of AI-enabled organizational transformation strategies, ensuring that workforce structures, job roles, and skills evolve in alignment with business needs. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate AI adoption into meaningful changes in how work is performed and how teams are structured.

  • Lead job redesign initiatives by analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and augmentation
  • Design and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency, collaboration, and long-term scalability
  • Develop workforce reskilling and upskilling strategies to support evolving skill requirements and AI-enabled roles
  • Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate role shifts, talent needs, and structural changes driven by AI adoption
  • Guide change management efforts to support smooth transitions and strong adoption of new operating models and ways of working
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on the impact of AI on workforce design and organizational strategy
  • Leverage internal and external skills intelligence to inform workforce planning and future capability needs
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in organizational design, workforce transformation, and HR strategy, ideally within complex, technology-driven environments. You combine strong analytical thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive large-scale change.

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, or HR consulting roles
  • Proven experience leading job redesign, operating model transformation, or enterprise restructuring initiatives
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business or workforce transformation contexts
  • Experience designing and implementing workforce reskilling and upskilling programs
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and organizational models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership across functions
  • Experience supporting HR business partners or leading skills-based workforce initiatives is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, business, or organizational development is a plus
