About Us:
- WellSecured Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency with a unique advantage: a built-in pipeline of homeowners insurance referrals through our relationship with Independence Home Loans, a nationwide mortgage lender.
- Our infrastructure is already in place. We have access to a wide range of insurance carriers through First Connect, along a growing number of direct appointments including with Progressive. Our systems, referral channels, and operational processes are established.
- We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who can step in and immediately start producing.
The Opportunity:
- This is not your typical insurance sales position.
- You won’t be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, buying leads, or building a book of business from scratch.
- We provide a consistent flow of warm, qualified homeowners insurance referrals directly from an established mortgage operation.
- Your primary responsibility is simple: Quote, sell, and bind policies efficiently while delivering excellent service.
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the independent insurance market, and is comfortable handling a high volume of business.
Responsibilities:
- Quote and bind a high volume of homeowners insurance policies daily.
- Work directly with warm referrals provided by our mortgage loan officers.
- Utilize multiple insurance carriers to find competitive coverage and pricing.
- Cross-sell auto and other personal lines products when appropriate.
- Communicate with loan officers and borrowers to ensure policies are issued on time for mortgage closings.
- Manage multiple active quotes and applications simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow carrier underwriting guidelines.
- Deliver fast turnaround times without sacrificing accuracy or customer service.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous experience working in an independent insurance agency is required.
- Strong knowledge of homeowners insurance products, underwriting requirements, and carrier guidelines.
- Proven ability to quote and bind policies independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with multiple carriers and comparative rating platforms.
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming leads and policies efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working in a production-driven environment.
- We’re not looking for someone who needs extensive training or wants to slowly build a client base.
- We want an experienced independent insurance agent who knows the business, understands how to navigate different carriers, and can hit the ground running.
- The ideal candidate has experience handling a high volume of personal lines business and knows how to move quickly from receiving a lead to issuing a policy.
- Warm, qualified leads provided. No cold calling or prospecting required.
- Established referral pipeline through Independence Home Loans.
- Access to multiple carriers through First Connect and a direct Progressive appointment.
- Fully established infrastructure and operational support.
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus production-based bonuses. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation
