Resident/Operations Assistant in at Dirigo Community Management LLC

The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming residential environment for residents. The RA serves as a primary point of contact for residents, assists with daily residential operations, promotes community engagement, and responds appropriately to resident concerns and emergencies.

• Welcome and assist new and existing residents with the residential environment and available services.
• Develop positive, professional relationships with residents while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Monitor resident well-being and report concerns to appropriate management personnel.
• Enforce residence rules, policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks of common areas and residential spaces as assigned.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist residents with resolving routine issues and escalate significant concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to resident activities and incidents.
• Assist with emergency situations and follow established emergency response procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, security, or facility concerns promptly.
• Assist with resident activities, meetings, programs, and community-building events.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and positive residential community.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information and sensitive matters.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, room assignments, inspections, and other residential activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, management, and outside service providers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe residential environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
