Genesis of Cary is looking for a dependable, polished, and customer-focused Full-Time Service Valet to join our team.

Our Service Valets are often among the first people our service guests meet when they arrive at the dealership. This role helps create a welcoming experience while keeping vehicles moving safely and efficiently through the Service Department. From greeting guests and assisting with check-in to parking, retrieving, and staging vehicles, you'll play an important role in both the guest experience and the daily flow of our operation.

As a Service Valet, you'll combine hospitality with hands-on support of our Service team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet service guests promptly, professionally, and courteously upon arrival.
• Help direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with basic check-in coordination and appointment verification.
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage guest vehicles.
• Help manage vehicle flow throughout the service drive and designated parking areas.
• Escort and assist guests as needed, including helping passengers enter or exit vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive, guest waiting areas, and loaner vehicles.
• Transport guests to and from approved destinations when providing shuttle service.
• Safely operate guest and dealership vehicles on dealership property and public roadways.
• Communicate vehicle, facility, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist Service Advisors and other dealership personnel with service-related operational needs.
• Follow all dealership safety and vehicle-handling procedures.

The position is active throughout the day and requires frequent vehicle entry and exit, extended periods of walking and standing, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Successful candidates should have:

• A valid driver's license and motor vehicle record acceptable under Company standards.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to stay organized and attentive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Good judgment and awareness when working around moving vehicles and pedestrian traffic.
• The ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; experience with manual transmissions is a plus.
• The ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles and remain active throughout the workday.
• The ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• The ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valet - Service

Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
