We are currently seeking a Resident Manager responsible for the supervision and overall operation of a community-based residence that provides residential habilitation services and support for adults with these disabilities. The key responsibilities of this position include providing person-centered support, implementing services identified by the Interdisciplinary Team, and conducting interviews with the support of HR, hiring, supervision, and evaluation of staff. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including on-call hours and weekend availability.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including on-call hours, holidays, evenings, and weekend availability
- Five years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals or in a related field
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of HCBS Waiver and IRA regulations
- NYS valid driver’s license – clean license for at least three years
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
