Business System Leader - Global Service

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business System Leader - Global Service based in the United States.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a continuous improvement expert passionate about driving operational excellence on a global scale. The role focuses on partnering with senior service leaders to implement and advance business system methodologies that improve performance, accelerate problem-solving, and strengthen organizational capabilities. Working across international teams, you will influence decision-making, facilitate transformational initiatives, and help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. This position combines strategic consulting, leadership development, process optimization, and change management within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. It offers the chance to work closely with executive stakeholders while delivering measurable business impact across a global service organization.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to global service leadership, driving the adoption and effective application of continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
  • Govern and manage Kaizen and problem-solving funnels, helping teams prioritize initiatives, implement best practices, and sustain long-term improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement events, workshops, and training programs to strengthen organizational capabilities and drive operational excellence.
  • Build and manage certification pipelines by identifying development opportunities, coaching candidates, and supporting achievement of business system certifications.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through education, mentoring, and hands-on leadership across all organizational levels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify risks, prioritize improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service operations, process efficiency, customer outcomes, and business performance.
  • Drive adoption of tools and methodologies related to daily management, structured problem solving, value selling, launch excellence, and operational effectiveness.
  • Influence leaders and teams across global functions to align on priorities, implement sustainable improvements, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring continuous alignment with business goals and performance targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or advanced education preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sales, service, marketing, sales operations, continuous improvement, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated experience applying structured business system methodologies and continuous improvement tools in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making across multiple levels of a global organization.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen events, process improvement initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, training, and leadership development capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading through influence without direct authority, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Certification in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 35%, including overnight and international travel.
  • Ability to support training and workshop activities, including occasional handling of materials and equipment.
