This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Voice process based in India.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic voice support environment where you will interact directly with customers through outbound calls. You will be responsible for sharing product information, handling queries, and supporting customers with relevant solutions in a professional and engaging manner. The position is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. It also involves elements of sales and promotional communication, making it ideal for those who are confident and persuasive. You will work in a fast-paced setting with rotational shifts, gaining valuable exposure to international service standards. The role is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 11 months of experience. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in your responsibilities.
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle customer queries and offer appropriate assistance in a clear and professional manner
- Promote products, offers, and promotional campaigns during customer interactions
- Maintain a positive customer experience while achieving communication and engagement targets
- Demonstrate convincing and persuasive communication skills during interactions
- Work effectively in rotational shifts while meeting assigned performance goals
- Any graduate, freshers to 11 months of experience can apply
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Comfortable working in a voice-based outbound calling process
