Job Description
What You'll Do
Coordinate and deliver engaging programs, events, and leadership experiences for Girl Scouts.
Serve as a primary resource for girls and their families, providing guidance and support throughout their program experience.
Plan and facilitate workshops, trainings, meetings, and special events for girls, volunteers, and caregivers.
Recruit, train, and support volunteers who help deliver quality programming.
Build positive relationships with girls, families, volunteers, schools, and community partners.
Coordinate program logistics, communications, registrations, and materials to ensure successful program delivery.
Maintain participant records and track program data using CRM and database systems.
Monitor program participation and outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help expand access to Girl Scout programs.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support council initiatives and events.
What We're Looking For
Experience working directly with youth in education, recreation, camps, after-school programs, nonprofits, or community organizations.
Experience coordinating programs, events, or activities for children or teens.
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with girls, families, volunteers, and community partners.
Comfortable leading group activities, workshops, and trainings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Recreation, Youth Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
