This role sits at the intersection of executive advisory, enterprise technology strategy, and client engagement within complex digital transformation programs. You will act as a senior technical authority supporting high-value enterprise learning and software implementation initiatives. The position is designed for a technology leader who can bridge business vision with engineering execution in client-facing environments. You will work closely with internal delivery and engineering teams while engaging directly with senior stakeholders at Fortune 1000 organizations. The focus is on shaping technical direction, strengthening solution credibility, and accelerating successful implementation outcomes. This is a highly consultative, hands-on advisory role with significant influence on strategic client decisions. It offers exposure to complex enterprise environments and high-impact transformation programs.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor in enterprise client engagements, supporting solution design, implementation strategy, and expansion discussions across complex learning and software environments.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP- and C-level technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Provide executive-level guidance on architecture, system design, delivery approaches, and risk considerations across custom software implementations.
- Partner with internal teams to support pre-sales, solutioning, and ongoing client success activities in strategic accounts.
- Participate in executive workshops, presentations, and client strategy sessions to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and occasional travel engagements across the U.S. and internationally.
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO, VP of Engineering, Chief Architect, or equivalent within software, consulting, or digital services environments.
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing enterprise-level stakeholders, particularly within Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution design, account expansion, or technical advisory in enterprise software or custom development contexts.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, system integration, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms, LMS ecosystems, or digital learning technologies is highly valuable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in client-facing, high-trust advisory environments.
