This role plays a key part in supporting clinical review operations that help guide recovery outcomes for individuals following workplace injuries or auto-related incidents. You will coordinate clinical review workflows, ensuring medical documentation is accurately collected, organized, and prepared for evaluation. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, providers, and clients to maintain smooth communication and timely case progression. You will help ensure clinical processes are completed in accordance with established protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The environment is structured, detail-focused, and mission-driven, with strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. - Coordinate and facilitate clinical and peer review workflows, including case preparation, assignment, tracking, and completion.
- Collect, verify, and organize medical records from provider offices to support clinical review processes.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of clinical review requests and case documentation within internal systems.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external providers to support smooth coordination and issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with client protocols, jurisdictional requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Monitor case progress and support achievement of departmental performance metrics and service timelines.
- Prepare and manage documentation using company systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare or administrative training is a plus.
- Prior experience in workers’ compensation, medical office support, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with digital case management systems.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and regulatory guidelines with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, structured, and team-oriented environment.
