This is a high-impact, globally scoped role for someone who thrives in analytical, cross-functional environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, frameworks, and policies aligned with enterprise Total Rewards strategy and organizational goals.
  • Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other compensation data sources, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity across regions.
  • Develop advanced compensation models and analytics, including merit cycles, bonus planning, workforce forecasting, pay equity, and cost modeling.
  • Own the design and governance of global compensation cycles, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition teams to support execution of compensation programs and ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, dashboards, and workflows to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex compensation issues while providing data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support global consistency while incorporating regional considerations, including markets such as Ireland and India.
Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR analytics roles, ideally within a Center of Excellence or global organization.
  • Strong expertise in global compensation program design, salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation modeling, with experience building scenario models, forecasts, and cost analyses.
  • Experience using market data tools such as Radford or similar compensation survey platforms.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, with exposure to multiple international markets preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools (e.g., UKG, HRSoft or equivalent systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,367 – $165,673 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus in addition to base compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid holidays and flexible paid time off policies
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States
  • Exposure to global compensation strategy and enterprise-level Total Rewards initiatives
  • Opportunity to work in a highly analytical, mission-driven environment supporting clinical research innovation
  • Professional growth within a global, cross-functional HR and compensation organization.
