Job Description

Operations Associate (Spanish Speaking)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Associate (Spanish Speaking) based in Spain.

Join a global Customer Experience Operations team supporting clients in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you’ll combine analytical thinking, numerical skills, and customer focus to resolve operational challenges. You’ll investigate invoice queries, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage client cases from start to finish. Your ability to identify patterns and connect the dots will help uncover process gaps and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams while ensuring clients receive clear and effective support. This is an opportunity to take ownership, build expertise in international workforce operations, and contribute to seamless customer experiences across borders.

Accountabilities:

As an Operations Associate, you’ll take ownership of client-facing operational cases, balancing accuracy, empathy, and efficiency while working across teams to deliver effective solutions.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries accurately, providing clients with clear and reliable information.
  • Manage client inquiries end-to-end, taking responsibility for each case through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Analyse client queries, patterns, and trends to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and guide clients and employees through appropriate solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear, practical knowledge documentation for both clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.

Requirements:

You’ll be a strong fit if you combine customer-facing experience with analytical ability, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, customer support, or SaaS environments, ideally in a client-facing position.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including confidence investigating invoices and working with data.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive and structured approach to following issues through to resolution.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with invoice management, CRM, or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EOR, payroll, HR, or workforce management systems is advantageous.
  • Additional language skills, particularly German, are considered a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely within approximately ±2 hours of Central European Time.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote working environment with flexibility to work from different locations.
  • Opportunity to join a globally distributed team spanning 26 countries.
  • WorkFlex programme designed to support location flexibility while maintaining strong team connection.
  • Dedicated Well-Being Day to take time away and recharge.
  • Subsidised gym memberships to support health and physical well-being.
  • Training & Development Allowance to support continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Annual team meetups providing opportunities to connect with colleagues around the world.
  • Diverse and inclusive international workplace committed to equal opportunity.
  • Benefits may vary depending on location and applicable local laws and regulations.
