Invoicing Coordinator in Denver, Colorado at Kodiak Interiors Group

About the Role:

Assist the contact’s day-to-day invoicing activities and ensure all performance standards are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Support for Invoicing
  • Accurately assign serial numbers in Whirlwind Software.
  • Review installation photographs for quality assurance.
  • Document detailed records of instances where SA Installation quality standards were not met.
  • Submit product information for warranty certification.
  • Communicate via internal messaging, phone and email any order issues with sales team.
  • Communicate via phone with installers to clarify installation issues in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Provide billing support to the accounting team.
  • Provide detailed documentation for items that cannot be invoiced.
• Provides Support to the Warehouse Team
  • Answer general phone calls from customers and relay accurate information.
  • Research serial number discrepancies and provide highly detailed records of activity.

Qualifications:

• Computer Savvy
• Intermediate Excel (preferred not required)
