This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated paid social campaigns for leading brands across major digital platforms.
You’ll combine hands-on media buying, data analysis, creative testing, and strategic thinking to drive measurable client outcomes.
Working across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube, you’ll oversee campaigns from launch through optimization and reporting.
You’ll partner closely with media planning teams and client stakeholders to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
The role requires a strong attention to detail while also encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
You’ll stay ahead of evolving paid social products and trends while identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and internal processes.
This is a remote opportunity for a data-driven media professional who wants to deepen their expertise while working on campaigns for major brands.
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, with a strong focus on flawless execution.
- Collaborate with media planning teams to support campaign strategy and translate client objectives into effective paid social activations.
- Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, making bid and optimization adjustments as needed to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct detailed quality assurance across your own campaigns, ad sets, and ads, as well as campaigns built by other team members.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting using formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, and performance insights.
- Analyze campaign data and develop clear insights, recommendations, and narratives for campaign wrap-ups and larger client presentations such as QBRs.
- Monitor new paid social products, platform updates, industry trends, and emerging capabilities to provide informed perspectives on their relevance to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products, policies, processes, and campaign strategies.
- Apply a test-and-learn mindset to challenge assumptions, improve performance, and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of paid social buying experience across multiple platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or YouTube.
- Experience activating paid social campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance measurement, data hygiene, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel; experience with pivot tables is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
- A curious, strategic, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and a commitment to delivering strong client outcomes.
- Passion for experimentation, testing, and challenging the status quo.
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Digital marketing or social media certifications are a plus, including Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning, TikTok Media Buying, or Google Analytics certifications.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining reliable collaboration and communication during East Coast business hours is preferred.
- Candidates must be permanently based in the United States and authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.
Benefits:
- Salary range of $67,000–$76,000, depending on experience and location.
