The role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution, requiring you to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling value narratives. You will play a central role in defining go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, and enabling revenue teams to succeed. Success in this role means turning market insights into scalable messaging, launches, and campaigns that accelerate growth and trust in responsible AI adoption.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy across product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and lifecycle marketing to drive adoption and revenue impact.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products, continuously optimizing performance based on data, engagement, and conversion insights.
  • Develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies using customer insights, competitive analysis, and market feedback.
  • Create high-impact content across the customer journey, including sales decks, case studies, whitepapers, blog content, and one-pagers that clearly communicate product value.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials that equip revenue teams with clear messaging, competitive differentiation, and objection-handling tools.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches in close collaboration with product, sales, demand generation, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Translate complex AI governance, risk, and compliance concepts into simple, compelling narratives tailored to diverse enterprise audiences.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and storytelling that simplifies complex technical or regulated domains.
  • Strong experience driving alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize GTM strategies accordingly.
  • Strong execution and adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly in evolving market conditions.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI, governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or regulated technology environments is highly desirable.
  • AI fluency or a demonstrated willingness to actively use and learn AI tools in marketing workflows is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Ergonomic and home office support stipend
  • Unlimited PTO policy to support work-life balance
  • Paid parental leave (up to 12 weeks)
  • 401(k) retirement plan (for eligible US employees)
  • Access to coworking space support and in-person team meetups
  • Remote-first culture with periodic company-wide offsites
  • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
