About the Role:
Primary Care Partners is seeking a compassionate and reliable RN or LPN to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with patients and providers to ensure exceptional care in a collaborative clinic setting. This is a versatile position that includes patient rooming, triage, phone-based care coordination, and direct support to providers.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients and taking vitals
Recording patient histories accurately in the EHR
Administering medications, injections, and vaccines
Performing phlebotomy and basic lab testing
Preparing and maintaining clean exam rooms and medical equipment
Managing nurse-directed patient telephone calls and triage
Providing timely medical advice, test results, and patient education
Collaborating with providers on urgent patient needs and care decisions
Helping manage prescription refills per protocol
Supporting overall clinic flow and teamwork
Ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Nursing program
Current RN or LPN license (Required)
Previous clinical or medical office experience preferred
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time (36 hours/week) or Part-time
Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on licensure and experience)
