Therapist/Clinician/LSW/LPC - MH - Alabama (Remote) in at Noor Talents Staffing LLC

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Alabama)

Schedule: Flexible; Morning. evening and weekend availability preferred

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) licensed in Alabama to join our remote clinical team. You will provide virtual counseling, conduct psychosocial assessments, and support clients while collaborating with LCSWs and other clinical staff.

• Provide individual therapy and counseling via telehealth

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Alabama regulations

• Collaborate with supervising LCSWs, psychiatrists, and therapists to ensure coordinated care

• Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and community resources

• Participate in supervision or team meetings as required
  
  

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

• Active, unrestricted Alabama LSW license (required)

• Experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)

• Strong virtual communication skills

• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a collaborative clinical team

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
