Unarmed Security Officer – Overnight | Full-Time | South Austin in Austin, Texas at STRATEGIC SECURITY SERVICES TX LLC

Strategic Security Services TX, LLC is hiring a full-time Level II Unarmed Security Officer for a supportive housing property in South Austin near Ben White/SH-71 & I-35.

This is primarily a front desk / observation and reporting position, not a high-enforcement security post. The officer will monitor the property, observe camera systems, document activity, communicate by radio with dispatch, and report incidents or concerns as necessary.

Sunday: 23:59–08:00

Wednesday: 23:59–08:00

Thursday: 23:59–08:00

Friday: 23:59–08:00

Saturday: 23:59–08:00

Monday & Tuesday nights OFF

40 hours per week guaranteed

Pay: $18.00/hour starting pay. Employees demonstrating strong performance, reliability, attendance, and professionalism may be considered for a pay increase after the first 30 days.

This is a soft-uniform site consisting of a company polo and BDU-style pants. The assigned officer remains at the front desk when working alone. Patrol Officers typically stop by approximately three times throughout the overnight shift.

The position uses ECHO911 radio/dispatch communications and requires accurate observation and report documentation.
