About the Role:

As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and create a positive and engaging work environment.

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and standards.
• Customer Service:
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of product quality and consistency.
• Operations:
• Ensure adherence to Starbucks standards and procedures.
• Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay informed about store operations and changes.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
