CDL Ready-Mix Concrete Driver in York, Pennsylvania at York Concrete Operations LLC

York Concrete Operations is seeking experienced CDL Ready-Mix Concrete Drivers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for safely operating ready-mix trucks and delivering concrete to residential and commercial jobsites throughout York and the surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Minimum 5 years of driving experience
Minimum 2 years of CDL/commercial driving experience
Acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements
Ability to pass required pre-employment and DOT drug/alcohol testing
Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time
Ability to safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles on jobsites
Ready-mix or construction industry experience preferred
Work hour flexibility for early morning or late afternoon deliveries.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck
Deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain required driver and delivery documentation
Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
Safely position and discharge concrete at jobsites
Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned equipment
Follow company safety policies and DOT requirements
