Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Manager with 3 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics. You will oversee performance marketing, patient acquisition channels, and KPI tracking across multiple regional dental practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaigns: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, local SEO/SEM, and social media outreach.
- Data Analysis & KPI Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across web traffic, ad spend, conversion rates, and campaign ROI; deliver actionable monthly reports to practice leaders.
- Healthcare or Dental Education: Develop educational, patient-centric content that aligns with HIPAA guidelines, establishing practice credibility and driving patient engagement.
- Local Practice Growth: Collaborate directly with practice leaders to understand custom local market dynamics, craft tailored promotion strategies, and elevate brand visibility.
- Process Optimization: Maintain structured marketing workflows, test new growth channels, and optimize conversion funnels to reduce acquisition costs.
Tech Stack & Required Skills
- Analytics & Business Intelligence: Google Analytics 4 (GA4),
- Paid Media Platforms: Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Services Ads).
- SEO & Reputation Management: Google Business Profile management, local SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, l, Yext), and online review platforms
- Marketing Automation & CMS: Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and CMS platforms (e.g., Open Dental, NexHealth, PlanetDDS Cloud9) is preferred.
- Graphic Design (preferred, not required): Experience in Canva and Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
- Writing: Experience writing professional ad copy, press-releases, and website content while using individual brand voice and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing analytics. Healthcare or dental marketing background is a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Proven hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and local SEO tools as detailed in the tech stack above.
- Patient Focus:Driven by the needs of patients and communities, eager to support clinical teams and connect patients with the best dental care.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business.
- Clearance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
