  • Own analytics and performance analysis for the supported go-to-market function, identifying opportunities for acceleration and continuous improvement.
  • Design and manage dashboards, reports, KPIs, and other analytical tools that enable teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
  • Use data, experimentation, and automation to continuously improve revenue operations and support scalable growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing end-to-end operational solutions, from data collection and analysis through execution.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a structured approach to breaking complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including strong SQL expertise and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and autonomy, with a willingness to take on challenges and continuously improve processes.
  • High standards for quality and execution, combined with a first-principles mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn new technologies, approaches, and business domains.
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology, with enthusiasm for working on products that can have broad human impact.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first working environment with flexibility based on talent rather than location.
  • Collaboration with a truly global team spanning 30+ countries.
  • Structured asynchronous ways of working designed to maximize impact and minimize unnecessary meetings.
  • High-velocity environment with rapid experimentation, lean teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Opportunity to work alongside leaders and specialists shaping the future of AI.
  • Strong opportunities for professional growth and the ability to expand your impact beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • Annual discretionary stipend dedicated to learning and professional development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend to support in-person meetups with colleagues.
  • Annual company-wide offsite in a new international location each year.
