You will support evidence generation and synthesis initiatives that help life sciences organizations make informed, evidence-based decisions.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited to an experienced HEOR, epidemiology, or evidence-synthesis professional.
- Support the design and execution of systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, and other evidence-review projects, including search strategies, screening criteria, data-extraction frameworks, and evidence-synthesis methodologies.
- Conduct structured searches across bibliographic databases and relevant evidence sources, applying project-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Supervise junior colleagues on literature screening and data extraction activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Extract, organize, and quality-check evidence, critically appraise studies, and interpret complex clinical, epidemiological, economic, and health outcomes data.
- Identify evidence gaps, resolve complex data issues, and translate research findings into clear, accurate, and meaningful insights.
- Support qualitative and narrative evidence synthesis covering areas such as disease burden, treatment patterns, unmet needs, clinical outcomes, and broader health outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with appropriate guidance from senior team members, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to scientific and client-facing deliverables, including literature review reports, manuscripts, evidence/value dossiers, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing analytical perspectives, interpretation of findings, and project updates.
- Support project scoping, methodology development, proposal preparation, and estimation of project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain delivery quality.
- Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives.
- Support the continuous improvement of research methodologies, tools, workflows, and analytical processes, including the effective use of AI-enabled research tools.
- Postgraduate qualification such as MPH, MSc, MPharm, or equivalent in Epidemiology, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related life sciences discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in HEOR, epidemiology, evidence synthesis, or related research within pharmaceutical companies, life sciences organizations, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience conducting secondary research, literature reviews, systematic or targeted evidence reviews, and evidence synthesis.
- Strong epidemiological, analytical, and HEOR capabilities, with the ability to critically evaluate and interpret complex scientific and health outcomes evidence.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify evidence gaps, investigate complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate scientific findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with senior consultants, cross-functional teams, clients, and junior colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, manage ambiguity, and remain flexible in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with EndNote or equivalent reference-management software.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application to research, evidence synthesis, and analytical workflows.
