A Marketing Representative develops and implements marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services, community presence, and brand awareness. They manage outreach campaigns, social media, and community events to attract new patients and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Succinctly promote the company’s services to physicians and support staff.

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and rapport with physicians and support staff.

• Responsible for analyzing referral trends pertinent to the company’s regions and developing daily call plans based on this information.

-Administer and organize marketing activities for themselves as well as for the company’s clinicians.

-Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records.

-Responsible for generating referral growth from referring physicians’ offices.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to grow demand for the company’s services.

• Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts for mailings.

• Develop and execute internal promotional and marketing campaigns to ensure core values of the company are known and upheld.

• Utilize all programs and promotions to create brand awareness and demand.

• Participate in market analysis and competitive analysis as needed.

• Participate in marketing functions as needed.

• Participate in training as needed.

• The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
