In the role of a Service BDC representative you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will schedule appointments for the service departments. Your main focus will be outbound calls/emails/text to schedule customers for service. You will take inbound service calls as needed. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY 8AM TO 3PM. PHYSICAL LOCATION OF JOB IS AT BELL FORD: 2401 W. BELL RD, PHOENIX AZ 85023

Pay: $15.15/hr plus commission

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for multiple stores within our Dealer Group
• Make outbound phone calls for service (includes emails/texts)
• Take Inbound phone calls as needed
• Respond to internet service requests
• Professional and positive attitude

*Looking for hours 9-5 or 10-6 with Sunday and Wednesday's Off. Must be able to work EVERY Saturday 8am to 3pm.

• Previous dealership or automotive scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
