QUALIFIED MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION PERSONNEL POSITION SUMMARY
The Qualified Medication Administration Personnel provides care to inmates under the direction of a Physician, Physician’s Assistant, or Registered Nurse.
QUALIFIED MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION PERSONNEL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school graduate or equivalent.Must hold an active QMAP, CMA certification. A minimum one (1) year experience in emergency or correctional service.State Medical Assistant certification.Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
