What You’ll Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll help make sure the restaurant runs smoothly while supporting the team and General Manager.

Your responsibilities may include:

Lead shifts and help direct daily restaurant operations

Coach, motivate, and support team members

Deliver an exceptional guest experience

Assist with scheduling and staffing

Help train and onboard new employees

Maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness

Support inventory and operational procedures

Help achieve sales and performance goals

Ensure food safety and company standards are followed

Assist with opening and closing responsibilities

Step in as a leader when the General Manager is unavailable

Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace
