This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Developer.
You will contribute to internal technology initiatives as well as transformation projects for external clients.
The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
You will work across modern development technologies to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing digital platforms.
The position offers exposure to diverse technical challenges, integrations, and business requirements across multiple projects.
Working with distributed technology and design teams, you will manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for internal technology initiatives and external client projects.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences while developing robust backend services and application logic.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Integrate APIs, databases, third-party services, and enterprise platforms to support seamless data flows and business processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements across the frontend and backend stack.
• Follow modern development practices for code quality, testing, version control, deployment, security, and application performance.
• Collaborate with remote developers, designers, and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery across multiple projects and meet agreed timelines.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help develop solutions that are scalable, reliable, and adaptable to evolving client requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications and scalable web platforms.
• Strong proficiency across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work independently across the full application stack.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications in production environments.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, application architecture, version control, and deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience working with modern development frameworks, programming languages, and cloud or hosting environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple freelance projects, track work accurately, and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical and design teams.
• Previous experience working with technology companies, marketing agencies, or enterprise platform integrations such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is an advantage.
