This role offers the opportunity to lead financial planning and performance management for a defined business scope within a large, fast-moving consumer goods environment.
You’ll play a key role in translating financial and operational data into insights that shape business strategy and investment decisions.
The position combines financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, cost management, and financial modelling.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders, providing reliable information to support critical decisions.
Strong ownership of data integrity, controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy will be essential.

- Manage and execute financial planning and performance management activities for an assigned regional, business, country, supply chain, commercial, or corporate finance scope.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities, including strategic plans, annual contracts, financial targets, and performance outlooks.
- Collect, structure, validate, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
- Deliver financial reporting and performance analysis across key financial KPIs and investment decisions.
- Develop financial models and provide insights that support business decisions, strategic priorities, and cost-management objectives.
- Maintain a strong control and compliance environment within the assigned area and ensure adherence to relevant policies and external requirements.
- Support senior finance and business leaders by preparing critical financial information used to evaluate strategies and make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, working methods, efficiency, and adoption of digital technologies.
- Contribute to a high-performing finance organization by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and developing finance talent.
- Help strengthen the local FP&A talent pipeline and contribute to broader finance development initiatives.
- Where applicable, coordinate with and manage resources provided by external vendors or third-party partners.
- Strong professional expertise in financial planning and performance management, including data collection, structuring, analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial KPIs, investment decisions, cost management, and the drivers required to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working within a regional or local organization, preferably in a consumer packaged goods, FMCG, or related environment.
- Strong commercial and economic acumen, with an understanding of market dynamics and the local consumer and snacking landscape.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience building effective partnerships within a large regional or local organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
- A growth-oriented and digitally minded approach, with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and use technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities.
- High standards of integrity, sound judgment, and accountability, with the ability to make balanced decisions in line with policies, values, and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of deliverables and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is typically expected.
