We are currently recruiting a Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.
- Coordinate and document H&S training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and update H&S procedures and support the development of annual plans and programs.
- Implement corporate safety programs across our assets.
- Conduct assigned internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.
- Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
- Participate in audits and inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.
- Postgraduate studies or an official Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specializations.
- 3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).
- Good knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in Power BI or similar tools.
- English level C1
- Analytical and proactive.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Committed to safety and continuous improvement.
