Trove Home Care is a locally owned home care company looking for a dependable, compassionate CNA to join our team. We’re seeking someone interested in approximately 30–40 hours per week who is comfortable with some flexibility as client schedules and care needs change.

• $24–$27/hour, based on experience
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week

As a Trove caregiver, you’ll provide personalized in-home care that helps clients maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe movement
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Providing companionship and social support
• Helping clients with everyday routines and activities
• Communicating client needs and changes to the Trove team

We're looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, professional, and confident working independently.

You must have:

• Active Virginia CNA certification
• Flexible availability based on client needs
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
• The ability to work with multiple clients as needed
• Successful completion of a background check and reference screening

Depending on scheduling and business needs, caregivers may be required to work a minimum of 16 weekend hours per month.

This position is designed for caregivers seeking approximately 30–40 hours per week, but weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Available hours depend on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, driving ability, schedule flexibility, and successful client-caregiver matching. We work to create schedules that are a good fit for both our clients and caregivers.
