60 Hours per week

Salary 46,650 - 50,000 OTE PAYE (4800 of your yearly salary is paid tax free as a living away allowance)

The role:

• 60 hours - paid full shift, even if the route is completed in a shorter period of time
• start date within 7 days
• Sunday evening to Friday max 60 hours
• We pay monthly on the last day of each month
• box trailers and possible double decker's only
• coupling/uncoupling only - No handball
• Driving from fulfilment centre to fulfilment centre
• Free toll and snap parking
• Microwaves and fridges provided in the trucks
• State of the art MAN vehicle with latest technology both on safety and sustainability
• 72 plate or above MAN units full kitted
• automatic downloads so no manuals needed
• 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays
• maintain electronic logs for tracking routes and deliveries
• Complete Maintenance checks and logs
• Interact professionally with clients and customers

What you need to apply:

• Full Class 1 driving license - new drivers accepted

• Valid CPC

• Hold a digital Tachograph/smart card

• No more than 6 points on your license

• No previous criminal convictions; clean DBS check will be required

• No previous motoring convictions (bans etc)

• You MUST pass a drug and alcohol test

• Be able to speak and read English to a satisfactory level

• Good understanding of ETD and tachograph rules

• Be able to drive in all road conditions
