Position Summary: At Tru & Home2 Suites by Hilton, you are Free to be You with Tru Spirit! Our Housekeeping Team brings energy, teamwork and real warmth to every shift, keeping our hotel fresh, clean and welcoming so guests feel right at home. As a Houseman, you’ll be the backbone of our housekeeping operation at our brand-new hotel. You’ll keep room attendants stocked with clean linens, towels and supplies, and you’ll keep the lobby, corridors and elevators looking their best. You’re always on the move and always ready to help, whether that’s delivering extra towels to a guest, pitching in on a deep-cleaning project or greeting a guest with a friendly smile. You notice the details, like a burned-out light, a lost item or something that doesn’t look right, and you make sure it gets taken care of. What You Will Do:

• Assist with delivering clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies
• Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, and lobbies
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner
• Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
• Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and anything unusual
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and help when you can
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

• Hotel housekeeping or related experience is preferred
• A warm, welcoming attitude and pride in a job well done
• Attention to detail. You notice what others miss!

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and stretch
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
