We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new multispecialty medical clinic in Burbank, CA! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Campus Steward to maintain clean, safe, and professional exterior spaces at our facility. This part-time role is essential to ensuring our facility is welcoming and ready for daily operations. The position requires short morning and evening shifts focused on opening and closing routines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and secure patio furniture and umbrellas
- Clean entry doors and exterior areas
- Sweep, blow debris, and pick up trash
- Maintain trash storage area
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- This is a part-time, split-shift position requiring approximately 1–2 hours of work
per day: a morning opening routine and an end-of-day closing routine.

Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic cleaning equipment (leaf blower, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
