East Arkansas Family Health Center is seeking a dedicated, organized, and motivated Office Manager Liaison to join our team at our Osceola, Arkansas location. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the health center in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and supporting efficient patient care services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations, support employees, and maintain a positive and professional environment for patients and staff.

Coordinate daily operations of the satellite health center in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer.
Supervise and manage assigned employees, including staff who are co-managed with other departments.
Conduct monthly front desk operational audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and submit findings to the Chief Operating Officer.
Ensure accurate daily cash drawer reconciliation, preparation of bank deposits, and timely submission of financial reports.
Review patient financial accounts, verify balances, and assist staff and patients with billing questions.
Complete employee performance evaluations, including probationary and annual evaluations, in coordination with appropriate department managers.
Address employee performance concerns and implement disciplinary actions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent implementation of office policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Address and resolve patient concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Monitor provider schedules and patient flow to support timely and efficient delivery of patient care.
Coordinate the opening and closing of the health center.
Ensure staff maintain accurate patient registration information, including insurance verification and required documentation.
Conduct monthly staff meetings and submit meeting minutes and attendance records to the Chief Operating Officer.
Review and submit employee time records on a biweekly basis.
Provide training and guidance to new employees.
Assist other departments and health center locations when staffing needs arise.
Coordinate with outreach personnel to support community events, health fairs, and promotional activities.
Attend and assist in organizing a minimum of three community events.
Report operational concerns and issues to the Business Regional Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer in a timely manner.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational safety and infection control policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient health center operations.
Knowledge of third-party billing.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
Knowledge of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and applicable Medicare regulations.
Knowledge of CPT coding requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of experience in general office procedures.
Good typing skills.
Legible handwriting.
