Business Development Representative in Gilbert, Arizona at REVELATION MACHINERY HOLDINGS LLC

Position Summary:

BDRs are responsible for aggressively prospecting machinery opportunities by making high-volume

outbound calls, identifying equipment for resale, and collecting as much initial information as possible

before passing it promptly to the Acquisition team. This role is remote nationwide, with the exception of

candidates based within commuting distance of our Gilbert, AZ offices, who will work a

hybrid schedule of approximately 2–3 days per week in the office, with in-office days varying based on

business needs, training, meetings, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 outbound calls per day to potential equipment sellers
• Identify and submit 30 quality machines per month
• Collect specs, photos, and seller contact info — anything available
• Immediately forward all information to the Acquisition Manager, regardless of completeness
• Maintain clear CRM records of all contacts and machines sourced
• Support company strategy by following processes and pushing new opportunities daily
