  • Assist sales reps with resolving order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges in a timely and compliant manner

  • Support new product launches and promotions by coordinating stock allocation and availability with the sales team

Inventory Supervisor Support

  • Assist the Inventory Supervisor with daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, and full physical inventories

  • Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and corrective actions

  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in the seed-to-sale tracking system (e.g., METRC) and internal ERP/POS systems (Business Central)

  • Support proper labeling, tagging, and packaging of products in accordance with state traceability requirements

  • Assist with product transfers between rooms, vaults, and licensed facilities, including preparing and reconciling manifests

  • Help maintain organized, compliant storage of inventory, including rotation practices and segregation of product categories

  • Support waste and destruction logging in compliance with state regulatory requirements

  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and state regulatory audits

Order Entry

  • Accurately enter and process incoming sales orders and purchase orders into the ERP system

  • Verify order details (product, quantity, pricing, license information) for accuracy prior to fulfillment

  • Track order status from entry through fulfillment and shipment, updating internal stakeholders as needed

  • Assist in coordinating with warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed within established timelines

  • Flag and escalate order errors, pricing discrepancies, or compliance concerns prior to release.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against manifests/purchase orders, and inspect for quality and damage.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom, vault, and warehouse environment.

  • Operate handheld scanners, label printers, and other inventory equipment as needed.

  • Support month-end and year-end inventory close processes.

  • Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned by the Inventory Supervisor or Inventory/Quality Manager

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).

  • Comfortable working in varied facility environments, including cold storage/vault areas.

What we offer:

  • Compensation: $25/hour
  • Competitive union benefits offered
  • Schedule operates from Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
